Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026.

betLLM is a small, single-operator project — there's no ad network, no data broker relationship, and nothing here is sold. This explains plainly what's collected and why.

What's collected

  • Your email address and a hashed (never plaintext) password, to run your account.
  • Your research history: every bet betLLM has recommended to you and its outcome, so Results and the calibration chart can show your own track record.
  • Any teams or players you've added to your do-not-bet list.
  • Basic subscription status (active, canceled, access-code-based) — the card details themselves are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach betLLM's servers.

How it's used

Strictly to run the app: authenticating you, generating and logging the bets you ask for, excluding teams/players on your do-not-bet list from research, sending account emails (password resets, email verification), and billing your subscription. Nothing here is used for advertising, and nothing is sold or shared with data brokers.

Who it passes through

  • Anthropic — the question you ask (or the sport/bet type you pick) is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the research. Your email and password never are.
  • Stripe — handles billing directly; betLLM only stores a Stripe customer ID and subscription status, never your card number.
  • Resend — sends transactional email (verification, password reset) on betLLM's behalf.
  • Turso — hosts the database that stores the data above.

Separately, betLLM reads (never writes) public data from ESPN, The Odds API, Kalshi, Polymarket, and various sports-stats providers to do its research — your account information is never sent to any of these.

Cookies

A single session cookie keeps you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies, no analytics that fingerprint you individually.

Deleting your data

The Account page has a permanent delete option that removes your login, your full bet/research history, and your do-not-bet list immediately — not a soft-delete, not a 30-day grace period. If you'd rather just cancel the subscription and keep your history, that's a separate option on the same page.

Age

betLLM requires users to be 21 or older and isn't directed at children.

Changes

If what's collected or how it's used changes meaningfully, this page will be updated to reflect it.
