Terms of Service

Last updated October 2026.

This is a plain-language summary written by the person who built betLLM, not a lawyer — it's meant to be clear about what you're agreeing to, not to cover every legal edge case. By creating an account or using betLLM, you agree to this.

What betLLM is

betLLM is an AI research tool. It reads public odds, stats, and injury data, and produces probability estimates and reasoning for bets you could place elsewhere. It does not place bets, hold funds, or have any relationship with your sportsbook account — every "bet" it shows you links out to the actual betting app, where you decide whether to act on it.

Not financial or betting advice

Nothing betLLM produces — a probability estimate, an "edge" number, a confidence/evidence tier, or any reasoning text — is a guarantee of anything. These are AI-generated estimates built from imperfect, sometimes-delayed data, and sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Betting involves real financial risk; only bet what you can afford to lose, and treat betLLM's output as one input among many, not a decision made for you.

Age requirement

You must be 21 or older to use betLLM, consistent with the sportsbooks it links to. Don't use this if you're under 21 or if sports betting is illegal where you live.

Your account

You're responsible for the email and password you sign up with, and for anything that happens through your account. Don't share your login, and tell us (or just change your password) if you think someone else has access to it. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page — that permanently removes your bet history, do-not-bet list, and login credentials.

Subscriptions and access codes

Paid access is billed monthly through Stripe; betLLM never sees or stores your card number. You can cancel anytime from the Account page — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, no refunds for partial periods. Some accounts instead use an access code (for friends, testing, etc.) instead of a subscription; those can be revoked at any time.

Acceptable use

Use betLLM the way it's meant to be used: as one person, researching bets for yourself. Don't try to automate requests against it, scrape or resell its output, share an account across multiple people, or try to get around the usage limits in place to keep it running reliably and affordably for everyone.

No guarantees

betLLM is provided "as is." Odds, scores, injury reports, and stats come from third-party sources (ESPN, The Odds API, Kalshi, Polymarket, league data providers, and others) that can be wrong, delayed, or temporarily unavailable, and the underlying AI model can make mistakes. betLLM isn't liable for losses from a bet you placed based on its output, for downtime, or for data that turns out to be inaccurate.

Changes

These terms might change as the app does. Continuing to use betLLM after a change means you accept the updated terms.
